The residual effects of diverse people’s limited access to capital negatively impact their ability to create, market their services to potential customers, and attract and retain top talent. So we’re empowering under-represented people through economic development, only possible with your membership.

We’re building an incubator that will enable our differences to define the constructs of the workplace. We’re not excluding anyone, just including everyone. Unlike popular accelerators, the Good DEI Incubator will not provide funding in exchange for equity. Instead, it will offer the business, technical, and commercial resources needed to accelerate the time to market and the potential for success for our incubated companies granting diverse entrepreneurs what they need most, the opportunity to succeed.​​

Collaboration + Immersion

We believe Inclusion requires participation, so we’ll offer the first immersive diversity experience, in addition to regional in-person and virtual meetups. Each Membership will get the opportunity to send a resource of their choice for a 1-2 week immersive experience working alongside the diverse organizations hosted at the Good DEI Incubator.

Immersion will provide real-life training through working with and experiencing the value of diverse individuals across different areas of an organization. We expect our Allies to invest sweat equity, and send their best and brightest leaders across sales, marketing, business development, HR, Accounting, and various other business units to be immersed in diversity and share your expertise.
